the location allowed for easy exploration of the historic area. a metro station near the building offered quick transport. i discovered that the room had lots of plugs to power my devices.
the front desk staff had some inconsistencies . i requested egg replenishment twice at breakfast, but i was not answered. they prepared them in the microwave, so it was unpleasant.

The location is really convenient. It is close to the metro station and several shops are nearby (that was a plus). The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I appreciated the air conditioning and the nice shower.
The customer service had some issues. I felt there was a lack of attention to the guests. The breakfast selection was complete but the hot food was cold (I had to ask for more bread).
